We’re looking for an IT Engineer with strong technical support expertise to join our growing team! You’ll play a key role in installation, implementation, client support, and training—ensuring our solutions run seamlessly.
💡 What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP)
🔹 Work with Linux-based systems
🔹 Support virtualization (VMware, Oracle VM)
🔹 Handle network infra + automation tools (SCCM, WSUS, Ansible)
🔹 Create and maintain technical documentation
🔹 Provide hands-on client support and training
🎓 What You Bring:
✅ Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering
✅2 years in Windows & Linux system support
✅ Strong grasp of AD, networking, GPOs, and virtualization
✅ Fluent in English & Arabic preferred
