Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Follow-Up Supervisor located in Giza, Egypt. The role involves overseeing daily production activities to ensure schedules and targets are met, monitoring and streamlining production processes, and addressing and solving production-related issues. The supervisor will also coordinate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Supervisory Skills and Production Management.

Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules.

Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.

Communicate directly with external factories, providing full details of styles, quantities, and production specifications.

Monitor daily production operations at the factories to ensure the agreed production plan is being followed.

Ensure factories comply with all technical specifications, including fabrics, patterns, sizing, and finishing standards.

Identify and resolve issues during production, coordinating with the factory to maintain smooth workflow.

Track the production timeline and ensure all quantities are delivered on schedule.

Prepare regular reports on production status, quality, and progress levels.
