Here's what you'll do:

1. Manage 25+ eCommerce clients and hit all deadlines
2. Be the main client contact: confident, proactive, calm
3. Coordinate email marketing Managers, Copywriters, and Designers
4. QA all work before it goes to clients
5. Track projects in ClickUp and catch delays early

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• +3 years as a Project Manager in an agency
• Experience managing 25+ clients at once in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in email marketing (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting)
• Familiarity with email metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR)
• Proficiency in ClickUp or similar PM tools
• Excellent English communication

Nice-to-Haves:

• Email marketing agency experience
• Klaviyo or Mailchimp experience
• eCommerce or performance marketing background

What We Offer

• USD $2,200 - $2,500 (based on experience)
• Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
• 100% remote, with overlap on EST business hours
