Kosheri, Rashed & Riad – Attorneys & Legal Consultants is seeking an Associate to join our Arbitration Department.

We regularly act as counsel in high-stakes disputes under major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, CRCICA, DIAC, and SIAC. Our team is widely recognized for its deep understanding of Middle Eastern and international law and its strategic involvement in complex disputes and significant transactions.
About the Role
The Associate will work on a diverse and engaging mix of arbitration and corporate matters, with a primary focus on arbitration. The work includes corporate/commercial advisory, contracts, a range of transactional work, and managing arbitration proceedings and related disputes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university (English or French section of Egyptian universities is an example).
Registration with the Egyptian Bar Association.
A Master’s degree in Law is highly desirable.
At least 4/5 years of post-qualification experience in arbitration and/or in addition to experience in transactional work.
Strong background in corporate and commercial matters (e.g., contracts, transactions, corporate governance).
Previous experience at a reputable law firm is required.
Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Arabic. Fluency in French is a strong plus.
