Role Description

We are looking for an HVAC Design Engineer to join our team at Arab Consulting Engineers (Moharram – Bakhoum). This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo. The responsibilities include designing and developing various HVAC systems that meet client requirements, analyzing system efficiency, performing calculations to determine heating and cooling loads, and preparing detailed technical reports. The candidate will participate in project discussions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that HVAC designs comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Design efficient HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects

Perform heating and cooling load calculations

Develop ductwork and piping layouts

Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components

Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

3–5 years of experience in HVAC design

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software

Strong understanding of HVAC codes and standards
