Elephants Ride Travel Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to join our team on a PM shift, working remotely from Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client travel inquiries

Create customized itineraries and travel proposals

Book flights, hotels, transfers, and travel services

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Follow up on pending bookings and ensure smooth handovers between shifts

Provide excellent customer service before and after booking

Requirements

Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a travel agency

Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and airline bookings

Experience with GDS

Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
