lus is looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to support internal systems, improve operational processes, and ensure smooth coordination between teams and platforms used across the business
Responsibilities:-
Support daily CRM and operations workflows
Coordinate with product, operations, and support teams to improve processes
Help maintain data consistency across internal systems (orders, payments, menus, reporting)
Monitor system performance and report issues when identified
Support testing activities to ensure updates function correctly
Assist with reports and basic data organization
Maintain clear documentation for tools and workflows
Provide first-line support and basic guidance for CRM-related tools
Requirements:-
Previous experience with CRM or operations systems
Comfortable working with data and internal tools
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
