Responsibilities -



  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs and aligning solutions.
  • Develop account plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met


Qualifications - Education details



Required Skills:

  • Experience managing accounts in industries like Data Centers, professional services Managed services Cyber security IaaS And PaaS
  • 5-7 years in account management or client relations, with a focus on senior or high-stakes accounts.



  • Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and align them with company solutions, while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Skilled in negotiating contract terms and resolving client concerns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience developing long-term account strategies that align with client goals and drive mutual success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
