Required Skills:
- Experience managing accounts in industries like Data Centers, professional services Managed services Cyber security IaaS And PaaS
- 5-7 years in account management or client relations, with a focus on senior or high-stakes accounts.
- Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive account growth.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and align them with company solutions, while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Skilled in negotiating contract terms and resolving client concerns.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience developing long-term account strategies that align with client goals and drive mutual success.
