Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment to guarantee a smooth workflow.
• Working with the manufacturing, operations and quality manager to review and monitor quality and process improvements and new product development.
• Prepare and monitor annual preventive maintenance plan to minimize failures and breakdowns.
• Identify the maintenance function priorities and goals to deliver the AOP.
• Ensures efficient maintenance strategy in light of cost rationalization to assure cost saving.
• Develop a proper control procedure for maintenance such as work orders, work schedules, equipment listing, machinery to maintain an organized workflow.
• Communicate with production department to determine equipment and maintenance needs.
• Ensures that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to production & other departments to guarantee optimum process efficiency
• Ensures safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities and correct any unsafe conditions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Sets maintenance team performance standards to achieve the highest performance.

Academic and professional qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Food or Beverage manufacturing experience

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment / FMCG Background is preferred
