Location: Heliopolis, Cairo (Full-Time – On-site)

Industry: Cybersecurity | Infrastructure | Managed IT Services

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement IT procurement strategies to meet business needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

- Market Research: Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategies.

- Procurement Process: Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues.

- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with IT suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and resolve procurement issues.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT products, services, and market trends.

- Procurement Software: Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems.
