Remote Lead Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Lead Manager to handle lead follow-up, manage CRM updates, and communicate with U.S.-based clients. This is a part-time, long-term role.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails

Update and manage leads in a CRM

Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Lead Manager

Familiar with CRMs and Google Sheets

Strong spoken and written English is required
