About the job

Job Purpose:

Oversee and manage daily production and assembly activities within EDS’s factory to ensure that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and meet required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production technicians and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and control production line efficiency and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the planning and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure safety regulations and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
• Participate in training and skill development of the production team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Practical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
