Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Seafood Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, Egypt, you will manage daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties include overseeing staff performance, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, handling customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing restaurant finances, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Experience in Hiring and managing teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent Communication skills to manage interactions with guests, employees, and partners
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, particularly within seafood cuisine
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets, handle financial operations, and achieve business goals
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a focus on seafood establishments, is highly desirable
