Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Platform Coordinator, based in Qesm El Doki. The Learning Platform Coordinator will manage and optimize the learning management system (LMS), oversee educational content development, and ensure smooth coordination of training sessions. The individual will collaborate with educators, learners, and corporate clients, resolve user queries, and provide technical support for the LMS. The role also involves monitoring learning program performance, gathering feedback, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of the platform’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Skills in Training & Development and Education.
• Experience in Learning Management Systems and Learning Management.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or technical training is a plus.
