About the Role:
The Hotel Reservation Specialist's role is to identify Customer's needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met while meeting the Customer's expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
