Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Fleet Manager will

Monitor and ensure the validity and timely renewal of all vehicle licenses and related legal documents.

Follow up on GPS tracking systems for all fleet vehicles to ensure proper operation, route compliance, and driver behavior monitoring.

Track fuel consumption and analyze fuel variances to identify discrepancies, misuse, or inefficiencies.

Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, GPS tracking results, fuel consumption, and license status.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding vehicle compliance, GPS maintenance, and fuel systems.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.

Take corrective actions and submit recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and cost

• Proven expertise in Fleet Management, Fleet Operations, and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and recommend improvements
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with fleet management software and related tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
