Key Result Areas:


Handling Court Orders- “CCMS” Court Cases Management System (All UAE).

Handling Qatar Court Orders.

Handling Police Letters/enquiries routed from MOI or Police Stations (All UAE).

Handling E-Mails Enquires.

Handling Dubai Courts emails.

Handling Public Prosecution and CID (All UAE).

Handling Drop Box - Police Letters.

Work through BPM Either for Police or Court Letters.

Ensure the correspondence are fully complied with all regulatory/authorities requirements and policies are strictly adhered to work on Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through improvements to each correspondence coordinate manage and monitor the working of various activity.

To drive initiatives in government and regulatory unit that contributes a long-term operational excellence.

Investigate & follow up issues with the stakeholders within Mashreq.

Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.

Maintain and develop working relations with the regulators and other internal/external stakeholder (i.e Tech Team).



Responsibilities:




Review in detail the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Review the guidelines.

Understand the working of the Flex cube ETL EDMS BPM TMS Omni ..etc.

Differentiate between the court order types like: Enquiry Freeze Un freeze Inheritance cases and Police enquiries.

Understand the risk of late response/action against regulators notices. Adhere to TAT.

Focus on efficiency to avoid errors.

Cooperate with the team and keep alert.

Update MIS and Archive the cases.

Create your own tracker to follow up the pending queues and close before the due date.

Update the management with your Issues results and opinions



Knowledge Skills And Experience:




Knowledge of all Government Related and functional processes.

The job holder should also possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Computer literacy - should be well versed with MS Office packages.
