Key Role Specific Accountabilities
- Provide efficient HR function that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services.
- Implementing HR functions by providing HR services including HR letters and Administration work for HR
- Completing special projects by clarifying project objective setting timetables and schedules; conducting research developing and organizing information fulfilling transactions.
- Prepare all requested reports.
- Understand customer requirements and meet global service level agreements and timelines.
- Ensure agreed targets are met in line with the HR Plan and customer services standards.
- Ensure that all HR services is processed and in timely manner and under control and compliant to labour law
- Deliver HR transactions to the businesses ensuring all deadlines are met and customers are satisfied with the level of service.
