Responsibilities :
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Follow up, and prepare all belonging to the insurance offices like sick leaves and insurance forms 1, 6, and 2.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Responsible for Archiving and reviewing employee files
- Responsible for the hiring process according to Egyptian Labor Law and all work related to social insurance and labor offices.
- Create and update personnel records for each employee and maintain the employee database system.
Requirements :
- BSc of Business Administration or relevant field.
- Min. 3 years experience as HR Personnel Specialist.
- Excited to work in the HR field - Especially personnel & payroll.
- Proficient in dealing with Microsoft office & any other programs.
- Gender Males only.
