Job Responsibilities :
- Interface with Sales & Finance Teams to receive final approved payment plan to be attached to the contract for tailored payment plan.
- Handle the cycle of the contract with the couriers to start process of Client signature & handle internally any further requests/amendments from client until contract is signed.
- Manage the delivery cycle of the Contract in terms of signature from ORE management until client receives his copy, contract uploaded on CRM & Status of Unit reflected on system.
- Responsible on process of Contracts Archiving & afterwards with Archiving Company to assure smooth workflow.
- Communicating with clients to align with them contracts signing.
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Real Estate field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Preferably Giza, 6th of October. Etc. resident.
