Job Responsibilities :


  1. Interface with Sales & Finance Teams to receive final approved payment plan to be attached to the contract for tailored payment plan.
  2. Handle the cycle of the contract with the couriers to start process of Client signature & handle internally any further requests/amendments from client until contract is signed.
  3. Manage the delivery cycle of the Contract in terms of signature from ORE management until client receives his copy, contract uploaded on CRM & Status of Unit reflected on system.
  4. Responsible on process of Contracts Archiving & afterwards with Archiving Company to assure smooth workflow.
  5. Communicating with clients to align with them contracts signing.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in Real Estate field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Preferably Giza, 6th of October. Etc. resident.
