Position: WFM Associate
Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Home country exp is ok)
Requirement: Minimum 2+ years of experience either in WFM or with workflow tools like BPM/CRM
 Exposure to Banking domain
 Proficient in MS Office
 Hands on experience with any of the WFM tools (IEX, Verint Impact 360, Genesys WFM, Aspect eWFM)
 Working knowledge Genesys WFM and iWD
 Reporting and Data Analytical experience
Effective collaboration with the team and stakeholder
Salary: AED 5800
