Represent QNB AA Life sales team towards QNB AA Bank Network
Design his/her action plan within his/her perimeter and in compliance with the companys processes and procedure to achieve the set target.
Supervise and control his/her team achievements and manage the team in order to reach set commercial objectives related to the assigned geographical areas under his/her management.
Actively participate in QNB AA Life sales management meetings.
Raise his/her team awareness and knowledge by updating them with the new sales trends and the latest insurance market updates
Job holder requirements :
Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
10+ years in the sales field.
Insurance back ground is a must and Bancassurance background is preferable
