Job Description
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution
Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements
Answer our customers questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone email or chat
Handling complaints
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience is a must
Excellent in using Excel and Accounting programs
Experience as an Accountant is a big plus
Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters
Excellent soft skills handling skills
Strong experience in setting up and organizing database and spread sheets
Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint/MS Projects
