• Job requirements (Customer Experience Agent / Reservation Agent):

- A relevant college qualification.
- Two years of experience in ticketing, and fare policy, preferable a pervious airline experience.
- Two years of experience in customer service with ability to meet the companys SLA.
- A good experience in customer engagement through the Social Media different platforms.
- Strong knowledge about aviation products.
- Advanced Amadeus user with a minimum of two years of experience.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent written skills, Arabic and English.
- Ability to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility in working hours in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to manage emergencies and difficult situation.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with teammates in a proper and professional manner.
