Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate information.
- Provide recommendations and advice to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, considering both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and changes in the manufacturing sector to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, processes, and requirements.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and the use of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
