Professional Experience Required :
- Support multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of HCM modules and related business applications (HR Core & Payroll & OTL & SSHR)
- Review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution
- Conduct training for end users.
- Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
- Configures the system, tests the solution with users
Technical Skills Required :
- Good Knowledge of E-Business Suite HCM modules (Core - Payroll - Self Service- OTL)
- Good Knowledge of Taleo application
- Good Knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion application modules( Oracle Talent Management - Oracle Learning Management)
Qualification & Education:
- Education: B.Sc. of Computer science , Computer Engineering OR Business Information System
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
- Language: English & Arabic
