Professional Experience Required :

• Support multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of HCM modules and related business applications (HR Core & Payroll & OTL & SSHR)
• Review the technical solution designs, configuration aligned with the functional solution
• Conduct training for end users.
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
• Configures the system, tests the solution with users

Technical Skills Required :

• Good Knowledge of E-Business Suite HCM modules (Core - Payroll - Self Service- OTL)
• Good Knowledge of Taleo application
• Good Knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion application modules( Oracle Talent Management - Oracle Learning Management)

Qualification & Education:

• Education: B.Sc. of Computer science , Computer Engineering OR Business Information System
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
• Language: English & Arabic
