Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans based on the organizations workforce needs and hiring goals.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies.

Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for both white & blue collar.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
