Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for data validation, cleansing, collection, and coding.
Need to implement listening queries in social media collection tools to monitor the specific online conversation in target relevant sites.
Project setup; researching organizations, markets, and brands; preparing and conducting searches.
Maintain familiarity with social media tools.
Contribute key data to support client objectives outlined in internal brief sheets
Meet internal and external project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
Perform other work as required to meet business needs.
Measure the effectiveness of client social media campaigns
Monitor trends in social media and emerging trends/best practices and provide effective recommendations
Research conversations across social media platforms
Requirements:
Must have excellent command of the English language
Males Only
Able to work night shifts on a rotational basis
Must have excellent PowerPoint & Excel Skills.
Must have excellent research skills.
Must have excellent knowledge of all SM tools
Must have a strong interest in social networking.
Have good research skills and familiarity with data sources on varies social media platforms.
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and a rapidly-changing market space.
Working knowledge of consumer-generated media and internet-based research.
Be able to translate verbatim collected from/to Arabic & English
