Responsibilities:
Lead a major category
Work closely with the digital marketing, CRM and business analytics team to ensure we are optimizing call outs and using the strongest channels for the relevant categories.
Planning campaigns and Analyzing Data to optimize campaigns & Divert Traffic efficiently to achieve monthly GMV targets.
Optimize categorys navigation / Pages and merchandise onsite for optimum conversion
Constantly analyze category data and try various campaigns/ideas which will help conversion rate optimization for the categories.
Benchmark across various companies/industries to stay up to date with technologies and customer acquisition/retention methods which can be used towards Noons campaigns.
Drive overall customer experience & enhancement initiatives for relevant categories across the site.
Liaise with category managers on deals for relevant categories
Managing all co-marketing activities with tier 1 vendors.
