Prepare and analyse historical and projected financial information, memoranda & marketing documents.
Supporting the Sr. deal team in the execution of the assigned deals to assure a successful closure.
Supporting the Sr. Deal team in interfacing with the external clients and with the internal involved parties
Lead and develop the quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the transaction execution.
Ensuring technical knowledge transfer to the Jr. Team members (analysts & Sr. analysts)
Assist in maintaining and soliciting relationships with existing and potential key clients to help in the achievement of ADIB Capital plan
Help in increasing ADIB profitability through proposing extra services and products that are offered by other business areas within the
Bank to help in increasing customer satisfaction and retention besides enhancing the Clints overall profitability.
Executing client transactions as well as Conducting extensive financial modelling and evaluation.
Assessing industry research and trends that contributes to the execution of assigned deals
Preparing client presentations and materials, Developing internal memorandums.
Supporting the Sr. deal team in the execution of the assigned deals to assure a successful closure.
Assist in developing the quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the transaction execution.
And any other assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
Suitable degree from a recognised institution in a related field
Relevant post-graduate certification is a plus
Minimum Experience:
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
