Main Responsibilities:
· Focusing on lending to new SME borrowers to increase the size of liwwas portfolio, based on set monthly targets.
· Visiting and presenting liwwas financial products to prospective clients.
· Maintaining the relationship with clients and closely following up to understand their needs.
· Responsible for marketing and customer acquisition activities through various methods to achieve set targets.
· Anticipating and resolving all client related needs.
· Managing client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Customer Service.
· Building strong relationships internally to enable efficient interaction between liwwa and the clients.
· Researching, creating and following up on a target list of existing clients and new businesses.
· Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Egypt Operations.
Minimum qualifications:
· University Degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing).
· Minimum 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably within the SME financing sector.
· Experience in banking facilities and trade finance is preferred.
· Having an outstanding portfolio of Small Business clients is a must.
· Banking courses (Egyptian Banking Institute, Internal Banking Courses, SME Training Courses (OPIC courses/ Frankfurt school courses)) can be an asset.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
· Outstanding negotiation skills.
· Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic fluently.
· Proficiency in MS Office products.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
· Ability under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
