Forbes Marshall Egypt is looking for an female account executive for its operations in Egypt.
 

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

 

Responsibilities

 

Managing all accounting operations Tracking and linking the payments Collectables/Outstanding’s.

Maintaining the company ledger and prepare profit and loss statements balance sheets etc.

Cooperate with the auditors by providing all relevant information and documents towards the issuing of the audited Financial statements.

Handling imports (Forbes Marshall-India) along with PO release/tracking CHA (Clearance) Stocking Inventory taking on monthly basis.

Preparing monthly statements (Branch expenses  Employee Expense) to Forbes Marshall India

Preparing Weekly Sales forecasts after collecting information from Forbes Marshall local sales team.

Manage Payments to Vendors and Forbes Marshall-India.

Prepare the Pay-Roll and the Expense statement /Imprest and Banking

Other activities related to the company that may be required from time to time

Qualifications

 

Bachelors degree with minimum 2-3 years of business experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
