Our client is hiring a Paid Social Specialist. They are an agency that works with some of the fastest growing e-commerce brands in the US.
The Paid Social Specialist will oversee the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms. This role bridges strategy and operations, ensuring that new creative assets are launched efficiently, performance is monitored daily, and insights are translated into actionable decisions or discussions for changes.
Need to have qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta ad buying and campaign execution
- 1+ years managing paid social for eCommerce brands
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Deep understanding of how creative performance drives paid social outcomes
- Experience with technical ad infrastructure: pixels, product feeds, and Shopify integrations
- Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
- Experience building Looker Studio or Google Data Studio dashboards
- Familiarity with pacing sheets and forecasting models
- Comfort working directly with founders or creative leads
- Knowledge of broader paid media tools beyond Meta Ads Manager
Responsibilities:
- Own the full Meta ad operations process from creative intake to post-launch QA
- Launch campaigns systematically using organized naming conventions and workflows
- Monitor daily performance to ensure efficient pacing and KPI alignment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend optimization actions
- Translate creative performance data into testing plans or iteration ideas
- Generate weekly reports that visualize KPI progress and share key learnings
- Maintain accurate ad spend tracking and pacing documentation
- Conduct deep dives using spreadsheets to find creative-performance relationships
- Manage tracking infrastructure including Meta pixel, event configurations, and Shopify data syncs
- Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to align ad delivery with goals
