We are a U.S.-based company with an international remote team, seeking highly articulate and motivated individuals in Egypt to join our B2B Inside Sales Internship program. This is a hands-on, professional sales role, not a passive internship. You will work directly with experienced sales leaders, receive structured, paid training, access to cloud-based calling tools, and support through weekly team meetings and 1:1 coaching; you will conduct outbound prospecting and engage in real, first-touch conversations with U.S. business decision-makers to generate interest and schedule introductory meetings. The role is designed as a clear pathway to full-time employment for interns who consistently demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and performance. Interns who successfully complete the program but are not extended a full-time offer will still receive a professional reference, provided expectations are met. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable being pleasantly persistent on the phone, comfortable navigating unscripted conversations with U.S. decision makers and laser-focused on uncovering needs.

• Conduct an assigned number of outbound calls to a targeted list of U.S. businesses
• Use talking points effectively while adapting to each conversation
• Engage prospects to identify interest and seize opportunities to schedule meetings
• Apply feedback and review updated scripts/talking points to continuously improve performance
• Meet activity and performance targets set by your manager

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in English (both spoken, written and ability to mirror U.S. communication norms) required
• Confident communicator – comfortable navigating unscripted conversations with U.S. decision makers
• Strong interest in sales, business, or communications
• Quick learner with a coachable mindset required
• Ability to absorb & apply scripts/talking points, and adjust on the fly
• Proficient with computers and open to learning new software
• Access to fast, reliable wired, high-speed Internet for your computer required (not Wi-Fi or mobile)
• Quiet and uninterrupted working space/environment required
• Reliable working computer and computer headset with microphone required
• Availability for 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, during US East Coast business hours
