Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle clients and follow up leads until deal closure.
• Present and explain real estate projects professionally.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with real estate developers is a plus.
