Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence on third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon, … and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, optimizing content, managing promotions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring best-in-class customer experience across platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, etc.).
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and competitor listings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC).
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations to avoid penalties or suspensions.
  • Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to manage stock levels and shipping performance.
  • Handle customer service and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and feedback.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as sales, traffic, conversion, ACoS, and ROI.
  • Coordinate promotional strategies, including deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize listings, improve visibility, and drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing third-party marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and advertising platforms.
  • Proficient with marketplace seller tools and software (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio) is a plus.
  • Experience with international marketplaces or multi-country listings.
  • Knowledge of order management systems (OMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
  • Ability to write and edit compelling product copy optimized for search.
