We are seeking a Projects Manager who's main responsibility will be the Planning ,executing and overseeing project from start to finish.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PMO standards.

Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and KPIs across all projects.

Prepare consolidated project dashboards & reports.

Monitor compliance with approved project plans and governance processes.

Coordinate project reviews, and documentation.

Identify project risks & delays.

Maintain centralized project documentation and records.

Support resource planning and project prioritization.

Follow up on projects execution progress and ensure adherence to approved timeline 

Monitor project scope, cost, and quality performance. 

Follow up on customer payments and project-related collections 

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering is a Must

PMP is preferred

Min 3 years’ experience in project management 

Strong communication , organization, multitasking and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
