About Us
Neat N’ Tidy is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company that provides top-tier service across multiple markets. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Remote Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys structured sales processes, and wants to contribute directly to company growth while working from home.
Compensation: $2.75-3.75 per hour based on experience + additional performance based bonuses (contract role, 100% remote).
What You’ll Do
- Engage with Potential Customers: Connect with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat. Build rapport, understand cleaning needs, and guide customers to the right service.
- Outbound Prospecting: Make outbound calls to potential customers and past leads to generate interest, follow up on inquiries, and increase bookings.
- Convert One-Time Customers to Recurring: Proactively encourage single-service clients to sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings by highlighting the value of ongoing service.
- Present and Explain Services: Clearly communicate the benefits of our deep cleans, moving cleans, and recurring cleaning options. Confidently answer questions and address concerns.
- Use Sales Scripts Effectively: Follow our proven scripts to keep messaging consistent, while personalizing conversations to meet individual customer needs.
- Book Appointments: Schedule cleaning services in our system (BookingKoala) with accurate details. Confirm appointments and explain preparation steps.
- Meet Sales Goals: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Track performance and continuously improve results.
- Maintain Records: Keep customer interactions and bookings updated in our CRM and Google Sheets for smooth follow-ups and reporting.
- Follow Up with Leads: Reach out to prospects who have inquired but not booked yet. Provide additional information and encourage conversions.
- Collaborate with the Team: Partner with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and share customer insights with management.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Keep up with service offerings, pricing, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Ensure every customer feels valued and understood, resolving issues professionally and escalating when necessary.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Share feedback on customer trends and campaign effectiveness to strengthen lead generation.
- Contribute to Growth: Help us expand into new markets and provide ideas to improve the sales process as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-centric approach with a sales mindset
- Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and handling warm leads
- Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
- 1+ Year in BPO or similar
- Experience in phone-based or online sales
- Experience in high volume environment
- Familiarity with online tools like CRM, phone system
