Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and governance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT/technology projects.
- Strong technical background (experience working with development, infrastructure, or IT teams).
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Oracle applications/solutions is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
