Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers, managing front desk operations, handling phone calls with professionalism, and responding to inquiries promptly. The role also involves performing clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area. Providing exceptional customer service will be a central responsibility to ensure a positive experience for all clients and guests.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Receptionist Duties handling Proficient in Clerical Skills, including appointment scheduling and file organization Excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Experience in Customer Service roles is highly desirable Ability to remain approachable, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software Previous receptionist or front desk experience is an advantage
