The Mission Farida is changing the way Egyptians build wealth. As our Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in introducing fractional real estate investment to the market. You will manage a high-performing sales team, build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and retail investors, and drive the revenue that powers our platform’s growth.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly investment targets. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our latest property and investment opportunities. Investor Relations: Manage a portfolio of key investors, providing expert advice on property yields, capital appreciation, and the Farida model. Pipeline Management: Oversee the CRM to ensure lead conversion rates are optimized from digital sign-up to successful investment. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends in New Cairo, the North Coast, and the New Administrative Capital to provide feedback to our Investment Team. Collaboration: Work closely with the People & Culture and Marketing teams to align sales pitches with our brand voice.

Who You Are Experience: 5-7 years in Real Estate Sales or Wealth Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role. The "Fintech" Edge: You understand fractional ownership and can explain complex financial concepts (ROI, Rental Yields, Exit Strategies) simply. Networker: You have an existing network of potential investors and a deep understanding of the Egyptian real estate market. Data-Driven: You lead by the numbers. You know your conversion rates, CAC, and team KPIs by heart. Communication: A master negotiator in both Arabic and English.
