Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Egypt for a Medical Manager. The Medical Manager will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic, ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality aesthetic treatments, and support the implementation of best medical practices. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting medical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and collaborating with the team to introduce new procedures, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and supervision across all medical staff. Develop, implement, and review treatment protocols and clinical policies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and medical ethics standards. Conduct patient consultations, assess suitability for treatments, and oversee high-risk procedures. Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic and cosmetic medicine. Support business operations by advising on new services, equipment, and procedures. Handle medical complications and provide follow-up care as needed. Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with management on strategic planning and clinic growth initiatives. Represent the clinic at medical conferences, seminars, and industry forums.
Requirements:Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice. Specialization or significant experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery.8–10 years of experience in management positions in hospitals or clinics MBA , hospital management diploma is a must. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory medical role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or aesthetic clinics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and patient care standards.
