We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing Operations & E-commerce Assistant to support web team, client operations, and the team.
WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport our Shopify developer — organizing website changes, updating banners, adding new products, and managing the web team's workflow Assist the team with Asana task management — tracking, organizing, and following up on deliverables Provide general operational support across client projects and internal team needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience with Shopify (store admin, product uploads, basic edits) Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools Strong written English — especially for professional customer communication Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
