• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategy
• Perform advanced financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decisions
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
• Develop and enhance internal control frameworks and ensure audit readiness
• Manage internal & external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
• Partner with senior management to deliver insights, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Odoo)
• Oversee cash flow management, CAPEX planning, and investment analysis
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
