Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

  1. Reservation Operations
  • Send booking vouchers to hotels accurately and on time.
  • Handle offline bookings and load them correctly into the reservation system.
  • Process booking amendments, cancellations, turn-aways, and special requests.
  • Send and confirm off-line bookings with hotels and follow up until final confirmation.
  • Load extras, supplements, and special services into the system.
  1. System Loading & Accuracy
  • Load off-line bookings, dumping correctly in the system (TK).
  • Coordinate with hotels and internal teams to avoid overbooking or rejected bookings.
  1. Quality & Risk Control
  • Ensure compliance with reservation procedures and company policies.
  • Identify booking or loading errors early and correct them promptly.
  • Support smooth daily operations under high workload and time pressure.
  1. 5.Coordination & Communication
  • Communicate with Reservation supervisor, Reservation Manager, and Inventory Management.
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone calls, meetings, and internal systems.
  • Support cross-department collaboration by providing reliable data and insights

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration or similar field.

Experience

  • 0 2 years of experience controlling, reporting, data analysis, or a related role

Languages

  • Strong English communication skills (B1-B2 recommended).
  • Basic additional languages are a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in:
  • TK reservation system (recommended).
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Communication tools (Email, Phone, WhatsApp)

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to follow procedures and handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks

Desired Candidate Profile
