Deploying big data technologies and using data science to solve business problems requires a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills. As an Engagement Manager at Dataiku, you will be responsible for driving smooth client implementations of our product, leveraging your ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role is open for full remote work from Riyadh, KSA, and we encourage applications from Saudi nationals who share our passion for AI and innovation.

• Effectively manage the delivery of Dataiku's suite of professional services to clients, including assisted software installation, customer training/coaching, and full development of data science projects
• Maintain consistent and concise internal communication across multiple teams to ensure seamless collaboration and progress tracking
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners within Dataiku and among our customers to drive mutual success and growth
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process by minimizing time-to-value and maximizing ROI
• Contribute to the standardization of our implementation processes as we continue to grow and evolve as a company
• Set up customers for success using Dataiku DSS from day one, empowering them to derive maximum value from our software

Your skilled coordination of deployment, training, and adoption of best practices will position our Customers and Partners to achieve operational success through data-driven insights. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science projects, or consulting
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Arabic
• Demonstrated project management skills, including leadership, communication, and customer management
• Experience in managing complex projects and working with difficult stakeholders
• A strong interest in staying current with the latest techniques and technologies, such as Python, R, Scala, Hadoop, Spark, H2O, SQL, and more
• Familiarity with enterprise data projects and advanced analytics technologies is a plus
• The ability to explain data science concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Tech-savviness without requiring engineering expertise
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification or similar training is a plus
