Key Responsibilities

• Project-manage the delivery to our clients of Dataiku's suite of professional services: assisted software installation, customer training/coaching, and full development of data science projects for our customers
• Maintain consistent internal communication across multiple teams
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among our customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process and minimize the time-to-value for our customers

The Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving smooth client implementations of Dataiku DSS, contributing to standardization of implementation processes, and setting up customers for success from day one. This role requires a skilled coordinator who can deploy, train, and adopt best practices to derive maximum value from the software.
