About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven marketer with 2+ years of experience in SaaS to support our customer marketing and sales enablement initiatives across the Middle East and Africa, with a strong focus on the Arabic-speaking market. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can turn customer stories into compelling content, build localized sales collaterals, and work closely with regional teams to amplify impact.
What You'll Do
Customer Marketing
1) Identify, interview, and develop customer success stories in written and video formats
2) Coordinate end-to-end video production—from pre-production planning to filming, post-production, and final rollout
3) Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, creative, and regional teams, to ensure alignment and support
4) Work closely with customers, vendors, and video crews to manage shoot logistics and timelines
Sales Enablement
1) Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and produce collateral that improves sales conversations and outcomes.
2) Continuously track feature updates across key products and ensure all enablement materials are current and accurate.
3) Create a range of content formats, including product pitch decks, industry-specific use case documents, competitor comparison sheets, and quick-reference one-pagers
4) Collaborate with product marketing and regional stakeholders to align messaging and priorities
Who can apply
- You have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS marketing—customer marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement
- You’re a clear communicator with strong content skills—storytelling, structuring, and simplifying complex ideas
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and managing timelines independently
- You’re a go-getter—proactive, curious, and constantly looking for ways to improve and contribute
- Preferred: Arabic language skills or experience creating localized content for Arabic markets
and exposure to customer interviews or video-based content creation
