We’re Hiring: ACM (Agency/Account Manager) – Live Streaming Industry

We’re looking for an Account/Community Manager (ACM) with experience in live streaming applications to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with agencies and streamers.
• Recruit, onboard, and support hosts to grow successfully on the platform.
• Monitor agency performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Provide training and guidance to improve hosts’ engagement and retention.
• Prepare performance reports and deliver feedback to management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in account or community management, preferably in live streaming apps.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of English.
