Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the IT team in daily activities.
• Align business expectations with IT service delivery.
• Ensure service availability within agreed service levels.
• Maintain business continuity and high availability of critical IT components.
• Oversee the IT service management system and distribute requests and incidents among the team.
• Design and implement IT infrastructure services.
• Administer and report on IT services daily.
• Maintain and support infrastructure components.
• Contribute to infrastructure deployments, enhancements, and documentation.
• Respond to escalated service incidents using various communication methods.
• Coordinate IT service support with other teams.
• Advise on best practices regarding the infrastructure.
• Create documentation for proposed or actual deployments.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT management and hands-on technical experience
• University degree in computer science or relevant discipline
• Certifications in cloud services, operating system management, virtualization, network, and system administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft products, Windows Server, Linux, Cisco networking, storage, virtualization technologies (MS Hyper-V, VMware), and cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
